What to bring

Patients attending consultations are asked to please bring:

• The referral letter which may come from GPs, other specialists, allied health practitioners (eg. physiotherapists).

• Other relevant material to their medical conditions (medication lists, operation notes and discharge summaries).

• X-rays, CT and MRI scans.

• Medicare and Private Health Fund Information

Payment Information

Payment for the consultation is required at the time of the attendance.

The receptionist will advise the cost of the appointment at the time of booking. Please contact our office if there are any concerns.
